The certification according to ISO 9001 and 14001 is an important milestone for the SLV Lighting Group (former nnuks Holding) and shows how important responsible acting and growing is for the company.
To continuously improve quality and customer satisfaction and to operate sustainably – these are the goals to which the SLV Lighting Group GmbH has committed itself. The Lighting Group relies on an integrated quality and environmental management system to make processes more transparent and efficient. The independent certification body, TÜV SÜD Management Service from Munich, has now audited the SLV Lighting Group (former nnuks Holding) for its efforts and investments and confirmed it- the integrated management system meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. The certification applies to the areas of central functions – development, production, sales, and service of lighting solutions.
The international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 for quality and environmental management systems provide companies with standards. Certification shows customers who act according to these strict regulations. ISO 9001:2015 is the most significant QM standard for companies and includes requirements in the areas of customer orientation, process optimization and leadership, among others. The ISO 14001:2015 standard applies to environmental management systems. It enables organizations to continuously improve in the areas of environmental protection and resource conservation. Thereby, through regular internal audits, continuous improvement can be ensured at all process levels.
